Bio
Dr. Ajayi currently works for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). His work is focused on mine ventilation, specifically for longwall mines in proximity with shale gas wells. He is also leading the task to develop a revised version of Airflow Quantity Estimator (AQE) software for underground large-opening stone mines. He has authored several articles in engineering journals highlighting his novel findings. He has also presented his research in several conferences with peer-reviewed proceedings.
