Bio
Dr. Robert Ilango Pushparaj is working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mining and Explosives Engineering at the Missouri S&T, Rolla, USA. Previously, he worked as a Postdoc fellow at the Institute for Energy Studies, University of North Dakota, USA. Before entering into united states, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China from 2018 to 2020 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan from 2016 to 2018. He received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Kyung Hee University in South Korea in 2016. He has published more than 20 research and review articles on the design and synthesis of various carbon-based nanocomposites and their applications in energy storage systems. Currently, he is focusing on battery electric vehicle fire research under Dr. Xu's NIOSH-funded project.
