Richard Ray is a Sr. Vice President, Mechanical in WSP USA's New York City corporate office. He manages design and construction support services for infrastructure projects and supervises a staff of tunnel ventilation, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection engineers. Prior to joining WSP in 1996 Richard worked in the coal industry as a Ventilation Engineer with Jim Walter Resources in Alabama and a Ventilation Manager with Island Creek Coal in Virginia. He has a B.S. Degree in Mining Engineering from Penn State University and is registered Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional.
