Joe Finn, Process Ventilation Engineer, Englo Inc., has over fifty years of experience in the mining and heavy process industries. Mr. Finn has visited hundreds of surface and underground mining operations and was a member of the engineering team that first developed cartridge dust collector technology in the 1970s. For the past twenty years, he has been instrumental in helping Englo develop Wet Dust Extraction Technology™ for mining and non-mining applications.
